Bedlam Reveler costs less to cast for each instant and sorcery card in your graveyard. Prowess (Whenever you cast a noncreature spell, this creature gets +1/+1 until end of turn.) When Bedlam Reveler enters the battlefield, discard your hand, then draw three cards.
Pro Tip! Bedlam Reveler was a bit of a role-player in Standard, but it really found a home in Modern. The ability for Red or Blue/Red decks to unload their hand and then refill with a cheap Reveler gave those decks in older formats a nice bump, fitting right in to various Delver (and later Phoenix) strategies.
